Discs of fine marzipan combined with a layer of fruit, made with Champagne soaked strawberries, which are then coated in rich, dark chocolate. The light bubbly flavor of the champagne keeps the taste of the marzipan fresh on the tongue, and the tart strawberries explode with flavor.
